Sinewgrid is a U.S. company, SINEWGRID LLC, formed in 2026 and based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We started from a simple observation: the next useful generation of AI will not live only in text. It will read cells and help design medicines, it will move objects in the physical world, and it will run inside companies as services that people depend on. All three need large amounts of compute, delivered reliably and judged against reality, and there are far more good ideas than dependable infrastructure to run them. We chose to be asset-light on purpose. We do not build data centers or buy GPUs. We source capacity from the major clouds, buy tokens from the leading AI platforms, and put our effort into the layer between them and the people who use them: the scheduling, the data handling, the evaluation and the discipline about what we claim. The name carries the idea. A sinew joins muscle to bone and turns force into movement, and a grid is what lets that force travel. We aim to be the connection between raw compute and intelligence that does useful work, and we intend to earn trust by saying only what we can show.
The link between force and form
In biology, tendon carries the muscle's work into the skeleton. In robotics, tendon-driven joints do the same for machines. One word covers both of our fields, and it also means strength and resilience.
