Tell us about the training run.
We reply with a capacity plan and the evidence behind it. The more of the following you can send, the faster the answer.
A good first conversation saves weeks.
When you write to Sinewgrid, you reach the people who plan capacity, design the architecture and run the services, not a sales queue. Tell us what you are trying to do, whether that is a training run, a model program, an enterprise service or a capacity problem you have not been able to solve, and what you already know about its size, schedule and data. We reply with a plan that states its assumptions, names the evidence behind each number and says plainly where we are unsure. If we are not the right fit, we will say so. There is no obligation and no pressure to decide quickly, and many of the best engagements begin as a single question about cost or risk, so we are glad to start there. Early conversations are welcome. Confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before any data moves. If you prefer to start by email, write to [email protected].
- The model. Architecture family, parameter count, and the data modality.
- The data. Size, location, and any handling or residency requirements.
- The schedule. Start date, run length, and how firm the dates are.
Pick the one closest to your problem.
Design partnership
You have assay data and a lab, and want sequence or formulation models retrained as results arrive.
Design partnership
You have a robot and demonstrations, and want simulation, training and real-robot evaluation.
Capacity and architecture
You have a training plan and want the capacity mix, the cloud architecture and the failover designed around it.
From your first message to a plan.
- ReadWe read what you send and ask only what we cannot work out.
- CallA short call to confirm the model, data and schedule.
- PlanA written capacity and architecture plan, with the evidence behind it.
- DecideYou decide whether to start a run. There is no obligation.
Before you write.
Is it too early to get in touch?
No. We are onboarding customers now, and early conversations are welcome. Early input shapes the platform.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, when the conversation needs one. Tell us in your first message and we will send a mutual NDA before you share details.
Where does our data go?
Into an isolated tenant, in a region you choose, under keys you hold. We describe the design on the architecture and trust pages.
Do you work with teams outside the United States?
We are a U.S. company. We will say plainly, early on, if a data-residency or export rule affects a project.
Planning a training run?
Tell us the model, the data and the schedule. We reply with a capacity plan and the evidence behind it.
